Returns

You can return or exchange the product you received within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date, provided that it is not damaged, the tag is not removed, and it has not been used. Requests for return/exchange that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted, and the received products will be sent back to you with cash-on-delivery shipping.


Returns or exchanges are not accepted for products without tags, washed, used, or damaged.


REVEAL does not cover any costs that may arise during the return/exchange process, except in cases where a defective or faulty product has been delivered, in which case return/exchange costs will be covered by us.


When your order is delivered, if there is any deformation on the package or a situation that may damage the product, please open your package together with the delivery staff and check the condition of your products. If you encounter any deformation on the products, please ask the delivery staff to prepare an official report. Products with a prepared report will be delivered to us by the shipping company, and after the necessary inspections are carried out, the return/exchange process will be initiated.


Once your return is approved, the product fee will be refunded to your credit/debit card within the legal period of 10 business days. This period starts from the moment reveal-community.com receives the returned product. REVEAL is not responsible for any delays caused by the bank or other institutions.
