REFUND POLICY
CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND RETURN TERMS
GENERAL:
By placing an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable legal regulations, regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
The shipping costs for product delivery will be covered by the seller.
Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or institution at the address specified by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.
The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, along with documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual, if applicable.
In cases where it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller is obliged to inform the buyer of this situation in writing within 3 days from the date of learning and must refund the total amount to the buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID:
If the buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ceases.
PURCHASES MADE USING UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:
If it is determined after the delivery of the product that the buyer’s credit card was unfairly used by unauthorized persons and the price of the sold product is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer is obliged to return the product to the seller within 3 days, with shipping expenses borne by the seller.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:
If force majeure events unforeseen by the seller occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order; if the payment was made in cash, the amount will be refunded in cash within 14 days from the cancellation. If the buyer made the payment by credit card and cancels, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation, but the bank may take 2-3 weeks to transfer it to the buyer’s account.
BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT:
The buyer will inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before receiving them; crushed, broken, torn packaging, etc. damaged and defective goods/services will not be accepted from the cargo company. The goods/services received will be deemed to be undamaged and intact. After delivery, the buyer is responsible for carefully preserving the goods/services. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The buyer may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the purchased product is delivered to them or to the person/institution at the address they specified, by notifying the seller through the contact details below, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without providing any justification.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
If the purchased item is a service, this 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for service contracts where the performance of the service has begun with the consumer’s approval before the withdrawal period expires.
The costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal belong to the buyer.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be made to the seller by registered mail, fax, or email within the 14 (fourteen) day period, and the product must be unused in accordance with the “Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised” provisions of this contract.
USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The invoice of the product delivered to the person or the buyer (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent with the return invoice issued by the institution. Corporate order returns cannot be completed if the RETURN INVOICE is not issued.)
The return form, the box, packaging, and standard accessories, if any, of the products to be returned must be delivered completely and undamaged.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
The seller is obliged to refund the total amount and return the documents that put the buyer under debt within a maximum of 10 days from the date the withdrawal notice reaches them and to receive the goods within 20 days.
If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to the buyer’s fault or if the return becomes impossible, the buyer is obliged to compensate the seller’s damages at the rate of their fault. However, the buyer is not responsible for changes and deterioration that occur due to the proper use of the goods or products within the right of withdrawal period.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, and the campaign limit amount falls below due to the exercise, the discount amount used within the scope of the campaign is canceled.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED:
Products prepared in line with the buyer’s requests or clearly personal needs, underwear bottom parts, swimwear and bikini bottoms, makeup products, disposable products, goods at risk of rapid deterioration or that may expire, goods whose packaging has been opened by the buyer after delivery and are unsuitable for return in terms of health and hygiene, goods mixed with other products after delivery and which cannot be separated due to their nature, periodicals such as newspapers and magazines except those provided under subscription agreements, services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, and audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and storage devices, computer consumables whose packaging has been opened by the buyer cannot be returned as per the Regulation. Also, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services where the performance has started with the consumer’s approval before the withdrawal period expires, as per the Regulation.
For cosmetic and personal care products, underwear products, swimwear, bikinis, books, reproducible software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, cassettes, and stationery supplies (toner, cartridges, ribbons, etc.), their packaging must be unopened, untested, intact, and unused for returns.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
If the buyer defaults when making payments by credit card, they accept, declare, and undertake that they will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement between the cardholder bank and themselves and will be liable to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may apply for legal remedies; it may demand expenses and attorney’s fees from the buyer, and in any case, the buyer agrees to compensate the seller’s damages and losses arising from the delayed performance of the debt.
